- Blood pressure to be –139/89 or under.Pulse to be below 100.
- You can do your blood pressure in any one of the following ways convenient to you:
- With a home unit
- At Any pharmacy– CVS etc or at Walmart.
- Once we receive and have reviewed your information we will process your prescription (if it meets all our safety requirements.)
- We May be calling you for some clarifications.
- You will receive an invoice from Wave to do the payment (check spam folder ) You will directly make a credit card payment to Paymentshub.
- We follow up to insure that your order is shipped first class via usps.
- Once we recieve your payment you are shipped first class usps and USPS sends you tracking .(check spam) usps.com/tracking

Once u start PHENTERMINE u have to take ½ a pill each day for the first 7 days with ¼ glass milk or Almond milk.
At the time of your last reorder (once you are getting off the program) please wean yourself off for the last 7 days with ½ a pill a day.
